Terrible Service - upgrade and still no phone

On 22 October we ordered a phone & changes on a business contract. The person dealt with Lester.also someone by the surname Klaas who confirmed the correct phone. Then 28 Oct. the phone delivered was not what we ordered (S3 mini not an S4) i queried it but after many calls to the department and after speaking to approximately 35 people Team leader Njongo said he would follow up then a team leader Mary Anne who said things would be sorted out by someone named Kevin by Friday 1 Nov. Well Mary Anne false promises and on friday morning spoke to Mpho Mokoena who promised to call us back by 10:30 latest 11:00 I told him I was going into theatre but he could call my husband on my line as the phone he has does not work. Well nothing some more. I called after theatre to find out but yet a 36th person told me she would get someone to call me another lie. Now we gave a updated contract with data and no phone to use it. So paying for nothing. We need the phone so we can do all the changes prior to my husband going back to Cape Town as I told Mary Ann he cannot receive it there. Such bad service. Cancel the deal fetch your phone we will do changes at vodacom shop.
