I cancelled my cell phone contract with Autopage and requested that they switch me to pay-as-you-go. It seems like they deactivated me from the MTN network altogether. I have not been able to make or receive call for this whole week. I run a business and cannot put into words the inconvenience and loss of income I have encountered. I could not make payments, buy airtime - NOTHING. To make matters worse, they have debited my account again for a contract I have cancelled!!! I am too appalled by this shocking service.
