I applied for a laptop contract and spoke to Aiden. I wanted a phone and laptop but on top up contract, but he said that on top up I can't get both, so I said it's fine, I will take only the lap top on top up. I waited a month for
My laptop and received it to find out it is not top up but contract. Is spoke again to him, and he said that is the only way I can get my 5000 megabites free. I spoke to Eldris, Stephen, Christo and Gerhard the manager and everybody said they will find out and call back. This is now 5 months and no one call back. I said I will keep the contract as it is, but the laptop is not working, it shows there is no service since and will not connect, since the day I received the laptop, also another complain all of them knows about. They call me once a month to say I must upgrade on my cellphone, but when I ask about my complain they say they will call back. Now I don't have a phone or lap top but I pay my account every month. Can you please help me?
