To whom it may concerned.

I Jacques Sydow arrived in South Africa on Sunday the 20th of October from London on holiday. I am originally from South Africa but have moved to London and I am visiting my family and friends for the first time in 6 years.

On my arrival my cellphone card was not working, and when I tried to activate my travel money card from the post office "MasterCard" it was not working either. I received a text saying ("JACQUES, your top-up cannot be added to your Travel Money Card ending 4597 as we have been unable to verify your details. Please call 08440894564 asap.")

As I needed to be able to phone internationally I went to a Vodacom cellphone shop in Jacaranda Center in Pretoria and explained my situation to them. The staff was friendly and helped me quickly. They phoned and made sure the simcard they gave me is connected and can phone internationally to London. I asked him to please make sure that I can phone because I urgently need to contact my bank in London. They confirmed the phone is activated and will work, I just have to wait for 2 text to verify, and the phone will be able to phone.
