I referred my niece to vodacom at vodacom world Midrand. She applied for a contract for the 1st time, she meets all the requirements but she's declined. When I asked for a valid reason, the Margeret lady had a nerve to ask if the contract was mine. I mean really, I referred her to vodacom because I'm a vodacom customer & I expected good service for my niece. I could have taken her to another service provider but I chose my service provider. I'm irritated by this very much, it just doesnt make sense
