Bad attitude and rudeness

I took a cellphone contract with mtn for R49 a month, only to my surprise mtn has been deducting R59. Dion contacted me and informed me that they could not activate an open line for me @ R49, she then told me she would give me a top up package. I specifically asked her if I was gonna pay the R49 that I signed up for. She said "yes". Today when I contacted mtn for a query they informed they deduct R59. I went to the store to clear this where Dion was present and she denied not telling about the change in my billing. I told her I was not happy with her service and she did not put her heart into her job. She told me I can complain all I want, she was not employed yesterday at mtn, she has been there for years and is not going anywhere. She further stated that if she did not know her job she would not be employed there. I got very upset because I have complained about her before and it is disappointing that nothing was done to her after that complaint. I also told her that if she did her job properly I wouldn't be there.. I feel that she is a and if recordings were kept, that may prove my fact. I'm even considering opening a case against mtn and her.
