DAMAGED GOODs and BAD SERVICE BY MANAGER

Had a very BAD service from the manager Mduduzi by name from the Nashua mobile in The Glen mall.

I have a contract with them and i was given a Webcam only to find out it was not working, i took it back so it can be repaired. 6months i haven't received a call from them yesterday (05 Sep 2013) i went to them they gave me a "New Webcam", when i tested it still it was not working, i went back and asked to speak to the manager, i explained my problem to him he started giving me attitude and telling me that it's not his problem that the webcam is not working and he didn't even try to help he just left me standing like a fool.

Mduduzi manager of Nashua Mobile in THE GLEN really NEEDS go get Customer Care training clearly he doesn't know how to take care of customer just wonder how u got that position in the first place.

I called Nashua Head Office and only to find out the Webcam NEVER went for repairs theres no JOB CARD.

Really from the service i got it was really Terrible especially from a Manager... Now im left with a Webcam thats not working and i pay my contract.
