So digusted with service at Fourways Mall

My husband and i rushed to the Fourways Mall Nashua Mobile yesterday afternoon around 2 to uncancel a contract that he had put a notice on. Upon stepping into the store, we were waiting to speak to the lady standing behind the kiosk at the front who was helping another gentleman. We waited about 10 minutes and the store was empty with the exception of one guy who was busy mopping. We waited and then asked the lady who else can help and she said that only she. When we asked the other guy, he mentioned he was a consultant. We asked him why he was making customers wait instead to mop, he (Musa) told us that it's in his KPA's to mop the floor! can you believe it... why are consultants at Nashua being made to mop floors at the expense of customers waiting. The manager behind the kiosk, who was helping the guy before us print personal docs from a memory stick, then told us to not initimate them and that she's the store manager as my husband was quite upset and angry at the bad attitude. We always knew the service at Fourways Mall was always bad and however being under time constraints we had to go there. Terrible service and i would like know why Nashua operates like this!!!
