Terrible service, Manager not in store, Rude Staff

Each and every time I have to visit a Nashua Mobile store or even speak to them on them on the phone I have to prepare myself.. why? Because I know that the service is non existent, I will spend an hour on a thing that should take 5 minutes, The staff are untrained and have a disgusting attitude and the list goes on.

At the beginning of the month when I upgraded my contract a share holder in the holding company of Nashua Mobile was in store and witnessed the problems first hand. His name was Eugene and he promised to take some action. If a board member cannot change the service in store what hope do I have?

In store today Pulani had a disrespectful attitude and even when I told him I would speak to the manager he couldn't care less because he knows there will be no retrospective action towards him. The manager Charlotte wasn't even in the store at the time and I had to wait 10 minutes to see her. Quite pointless I might add because she couldn't care less about my complaint. The system was offline yet again and in the end I left the store upset and without any progress being made. Another customer who was in store commented how bad the service is and a third was arguing with staff
