Wrong address and no complete package

I called in on sunday to upgrade my one of my lines, i gave the consultant the new address for delivery, yesterday the package arrived at the wrong address, immediately after being informed by my colleague about the delivery guy who was looking for me, i spoke to the guy and explained that i he was at the wrong address and i asked him to come to where i was he refused.imediately i called Cell c and spoke to Happy who did indicate that the address supplied was not correct and she changed it for me. Then she said she had sent an email to the guys who deal with deliveries. So this morning i called Ram corriers and asked if the address had been changed, she said no and that no delivery would be attempted again until Cell c contacts them. From my first Upgrade i am still waiting for the package for the fone to be loaded onto my fone! its been 7 days. I regret having upgrades with Cell c. I am totally fed up to the max!!! i tried calling this morning to find out what was going on, i was holding for a consultant for 6 minutes.i dont want the second upgrade any more. Cancel immediately.
