I have complained many times to both AUTOPAGE Cell C. I took out a contract with AUTOPAGE for a data stick. Cell no- 0748856629. Since inception of the contract both Autopage and Cell C have debited the amount of my account EVERY month. Autopage has now cancelled the contract and agreed to pay me the credit owing but STILL Cell C continues to debit my account. I have NO signed agreement with Cell C and they refuse to cancel and refund me, even though they cant show me proof of a signed agreement between myself and them??? Why are they taking money off my account every month, should I open a case of???
