I had a cell phone contract with autopage for the past 2 years. I was advised by the consultant in Blueroute to take out a new contact in order for me to keep my exsisting cell nr: The contract was finalise a week later but during that time I changed my mind and cancelled the contract. I did not receive a handset and airtime was sent to my exsisting nr. Autopage deducted money from my account and promise to refund ASAP. Since than I still received airtime but no refund.
