No service No deal

Phone broke, 7 weeks 4 bookings, hours on the phone. Struggling 4 weeks to cancel contract. No feedback or correspondence after 3 e mails. after the 5 booking phone collected within 4 hours. Two bookings not even on system. Courier said cannot get hold of me 3 times (no messages was left on 24hr number) I have taken issue up with CEO Mr Landman today. Busy compiling a report for Mr Branson on service delivery of Virgin mobile SA and would like to include your complaint in my report.
