VERY unhappy with Virgin Mobile!!

I opened a Top Up contract with Virgin Mobile in August 2013 and since the day I got the phone I have had appalling service.

In November 2013 my airtime finished by the 6th of the month, even though I hardly made ANY calls (I was in London until the 3rd November 2013 and I used a different sim card while I was there). I also had MBs left and I have no subscriptions on my account. When I called customer services (over 10 times!!!) they promised to send me a usage report and after many attempts to get this report I received NOTHING and my account was still debited.

The same issue occurred this month (January 2014) and I have called customer care and head office several times and even sent an email twice, with absolutely no response. I still have not received any usage report, and I am now going to stop my debit order until someone can help me??? I will not accept any late fees on my name, nor will I allow this to affect my credit rating due to their incompetence!

This is only a small section of all the issues I have had with Virgin Mobile in 5 months. I don't even want to think of all the other issues I will experience in the future because of their lack of service!
