(THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED) I called MTN topday 29/01/13 at /- 10:45 am and put in a request for MTN insurnace to contact me (for some reason the telephone no. for insurnace does not work from my hand set) no one has contact me yet!!!

I then call the customer service no. again and ask a consultant to transfer me and was put through to insurance 0119123000 and i spoke to Ubert! I asked him a very higher grade question " how far has my claim been assist " he then put me on hold then came back and said HE NEEDS TO PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN WHILE HE CHECK!!! after 20 mins of being on hold he dropped the line.

I then called back spoke to Mpho Olifant and requested to speak to supervisor on duty, Regina Moloi who refused to come to the phone. I think MTN has the worse service ever and if this wasnt e-mail i'd be swearing.
I pay my MTN account each month and when I expect to get basic service like comnmunication they fail to deliver.
