I am very saddened this morning to write a complaint against MTN - I have been with them for many years, and never had any issues whatsoever until yesterday when I called to query when I may upgrade.
When I called 808 (their customer care line - number) the voice prompt informs me that I can upgrade on the 28th of February 2013.
When I called MTN - Eastgate shopping centre to find out about available handsets etc for my upgrade, I was provided with the info, but to my surprise I was also informed that I can only upgrade on the 1st of March 2013 according to their records.
