Incompetent discovery staff

I changed my banking details in 2011 December, i called the call centre and spoke to Youman Khahn, who promised to make sure my banking details were changed, and he put me on hold for a long time while he promised me my query will be sorted and he will call me after wards, and he did not. i called in again and spoke to Zethu Mosuli Timakwe who said to me that she has a friend that works in the finance department and she can take my query to that friend and she will see to it that my money is my new account and she will also call me back. i called in to check why i was not called back and spoke to Mpho Dikana who does not know what customer service is who when i requested to speak to a supervisor first told me that they are in a meeting and they will call me back and i said i will hold and he went and got Brandon MOCKTar who claims to be the Supervisor/ Manager who can only do an enquiry. i was told by Mpho that he is second in charge. he says the finance department is not in the same building and the does not know why i still have a problem. he says they dont have a turn around time because they might have a back log and his job is to explain the information on their system.
