LIABLE TO PAY FOR A CONTRACT THAT I CANNOT USE!!

My account is suspended since 10 March 13 due to a sudden inv that has crept in from 2009. I have called MTN on 808 & spoke to Lesley Mofokeng on the 12 March 13 who has confirmed that the data bundle which is incl in my contract hadn't been activated. He did say that he will send an email through to Credit Management to reverse the data charges & look into the 2009 Invoice. He said that this could be a while as there are many queries before mine & he is unable to give me a turnaround time. I requested that he gives me the contact num to Credit Man.dep to expedite the process & was told that the only method of communication is via email as they DO NOT have telephone line. On the 14 March 13, I called the Mtn again & this time spoke to Sifiso Ndbele, who told me he will send an email again and they will contact me. I asked to speak to his supervisor Regina Moloi, who at the time was too busy to take my call but I was ensured that she will call me back, & SHE DID NOT. I went into MTN br at Pavilion Westville & a consultant told me that his manager will look into this. To date I have NOT received a call from MTN BUT I am liable to pay for a contract that I CANNOT use. VERY BAD SERVICE
