My mother went to your store to buy a phone with her account. The phone yhen gave problems the next day and was taken back to the stdore on the third day. When at the store instead of replacing the phone they they then took the phone and said it would be back from repairs within a week. It has now been gone for longer than 3 weeks and there is no phone call. When we went to ask about the phone at the store, we ere advised that we MUST wait for the old phone.
Please can we have someone assist with giving us a new phone. What is the point of paying for a phone that started jamming within 2 days of being bought?
What is your return policy on cellphones?
Please assist as this is not good service for a client who has been loyal to your brand
