Exceptionally POOR service!

I went to the 8ta store at the V&A waterfront (23 March 2013) with my sister to buy an iphone 5 for her 21st birthday. Upon purchasing the phone we were told by Mzwandile that if we were unhappy with our purchase for whatever reason, we should bring it back within 7 days. Mzwandile opened the phone in-store and walked us over to the iStore to have the sim card activated. After 3 days my sister complained of signal issues at her residence. We discussed the phone and she said that she was having network issues and would prefer a prepaid phone so that she could change networks without me having to incur the contract cost. So, we took the phone back to the V&A 8ta store on the 27 March 2013 (4 days later). We did not find Mzwandile (he sold us the phone). We were VERY RUDLY told by Miriam that it was not possible to return the phone since it was an iphone 5 and had been opened. We informed her that we were told we had 7 days to return it and that we were not the ones who opened the box, Mzwandile did. She said that 8ta would call to arrange a cash purchase. Miriam was exceptionally rude and unprofessional when dealing with us. Worse yet, no one from 8ta has given us any feedback!
