I have been a faithful Telkom subscriber for more than 14 years and recently requested a transfer as I was relocating from KZN to Western Cape. Request was made on 9th December 2013 and I received confirmation that my line would be restored within a week in Cape Town. After many follow ups (telephonically via my mobile phone as well as driving to Telkom shop at Tygervalley, I am still waiting without service.
I did receive an sms saying problem is currently with technician- only to get anothr sms shortly after stating the my problem is fixed and if I still experience a problem i should contact Telkom!!
No technician arrived!
I need my phone active and working and will appreciate if somebody senior can call me to assist.
