I spoke to Vodacom in Oct regarding a R3500.00 bill for data use. which i paid and afterwords told that it was updates in the backround that was running. Vodacom did not inform me of any of the setting that should have been made because its a "smart" phone. we have more then one line at vodacom and i think this billing should not even have happened on my account. i will in deed pay for what i have downloaded but dont feel that i should be hold reliaible for back end updates. I want everybody with S4 to know that you pay for things that you dont even use. This has almost cost a huge fight in my house and i am not pleased with this service i received.
