STILL excessive charges and inadequate explnations

After report on 24 Oct, received unsatisfactory call from Blanche

I want to know
1. What are exact regulations preventing me from accessing the info?
2. Once I know & understand this, how do I go about getting the info?

Blanche's response
1. No way she can provide me with any legal info whatsoever. Only legal dept can do this. On explaining that I was only asking to know what regulations are blocking me & not for any legal info, she said repeatedly that she cannot tell me about any legal matters. This is not acceptable - should CellC tell its customers that they are constrained by legal regulations, staff dealing with such matters should be allowed to explain to customers exactly what these regulations are.
2. On querying the process & how I should go about a court order (especially considering I don't even know what laws I'm dealing with), I was told that I would have to ask my lawyers, or it was then suggested that I could contact CellC's legal dept. Blanche could help me no further.

I asked her to refer to legal dept (why should I contact them now), received an sms saying query would be attended to & have heard nothing further almost a week later (sms received last Friday)
