VERY close to cancelling my contract with MTN (amongst a few 100 other people, that I have seen in posts). I have no words for MTN & the people you hire. My complaint has been forwarded to CPA, MTN Head Office as well as Sony Head Office, so that i know my issue will be resolved. HOWEVER maybe you need to rethink the staff you hire. I went to collect my phone unrepaired from the repair centre. I dealt with an Indian lady there. The attitude that I received actually left me speechless. DON'T tell me what you believe happened to my phone and how it was damaged & then argue with me when I tell you what really happened. Thanks sweet heart, I was there and I know what happened. I can NOT believe these are the kind of people you hire to deal with customers with phone issues. Also, we had placed a previous complaint here (HelloPeter), the answer I received from the responding person was completely different to the one from whom I am dealing with directly through head office. Honestly, if you still want to exist as a service provider in the next 10 years, I would advise you teach and learn how to respect customers, after all if it wasn't for us, you wouldn't have a company or any business!
