Bad Attitude from call agent

I am disgusted with Vodacom. I could'nt hear the name of the call agent that phoned me, he asked if he could have a few minutes of my time, and I politely said I am busy at the moment, and if this has anything to do with a new contract or any add on's I am not interrested, the call agent asked frustrated whether I knew why he was calling, so I said no and said again that if it was about new contracts etc, that I wasn't interrested, where he then slammed the phone down in my ear. Why call, if this is the type of service and bad attitudes the call agent has to offer!!!?? I have never had any problems with Vodacom, but this put me off completely.
