As with the complaints before me, I installed a security app which clearly stated it was a free download and free to use. Within minutes I received 3 text messages from Integrat asking me to opt into paid for service giving me the option yes to opt in or no to cancel. Before I even had the time to read them my phone automatically opted in with a Yes and I received three further messages confirming my subscription.

I called support and asked for it to be removed and also contacted my service provider to confirm that is must be taken off. I was billed instantly and to get the money back I have to give them my banking details. You must be kidding.

Not sure how companies like this should be allowed to operate.
