I have also fallen victim to Integrats treachery. I suddenly found myself with no airtime on my phone which I queried with MTN who informed me that Integrat had been deducting R14.99 per day for 14 days. When I asked who they were as I had never heard of them MTN claimed to have no knowledge of who Integrat was either. They however gave me a number to call and the person I spoke to claimed that I had subscribed through a games website called Dragonfly which I also had never heard of. They further insisted that a code was sent from my phone to complete the subscription. I checked back at all my sent messages for January, which is when they claim this happened and no such message exists. I googled Integrat and was surprised when one of the links took me to MTN's sebsite! I went back to MTN asking them to send me a printout of all my sent messages for January. A week later I have not heard back from them. I find it more than a little fishy that all the complaints lodged against this institution seem to stem from MTN subscribers?! I will be contacting the CPA to investigate as well.
