So i took my blackberry in to the vangate mall store last week - because it was freezing and i had to reboot it all the time and i kept getting the hour glass on my screen! then the consultant told me i had to book it in for a software upgrade. so he saod o .. i see you due for an upgrade soon. like the end of november... or something... so im thinking why book my cellphone in for 6 weeks (and being without a phone) and y cant i just upgrade now already. lets see how accomodating cell c is going to b after i paid my bill of like R1100.. beause i apparently downloaded too much content...(bare in mind no more than usual). so can somone please call emt thta can clearly speak english??
