I entered into a contract with Cell C in July 2012, my blackberry crashed on the 16th Feb 2013 not even a year into my contract. I lost just about everything that was on my phone. I went to Cell C in Canal walk after that to have them see to my phone, They advised me to go and have the "Blackberry Buddies" who sat just outside the store look at my phone. with one agent seeing to peoples phones, I waited more than an hour only to be told I needed a software upgrade, which they did. Now that I have had a software upgrade, one would think that my wopuld be faster and kept signal longer. I am now constantly struggling with signal connection thus making my phone extremely slow. I never had these problems before and its really frustrating that I have to struggle like this. Whats the point in having a phone that DOESNT WORK!!!
