Good day

Please kindly assist I have a contract with Vodacom as from 18/09/2013, but now the phone is giving me problems, I went there for assistance they took my phone for repair ; when the phone came back from repairs it still had problems. I sent it back again last Friday the 25/10/2013. i called today on 011-8691111 and i was told that my phone is sent head office and it can take longer than 7 days, Vodacom must just admit that this phones has a factory fault. Please assist as they want me to pay 75% of the total contact amount to cancel. It is not my fault that this phone is not working, it is not even a 2 months old.
