No follow up and bad service

I've been at MTN in Pinecrest for 2 consecutive afternoons trying to sort out my sim swop. Both times I've arrived before closing time, but the service from the staff shows that they are just in a rush to head home. I mentioned way before 6pm that AGAIN I was there for my sim swop, and the Indian lady there could recognise me since I'd consulted with her the previous day, but no urgency from their side. At 6:15pm they then tell me that their system has now shut down for the day and I should've mentioned that I was there for a sim swop. This is after I had clearly verbally said my request when another lady had come and asked 15mins before 6pm. Terrible service.
