My contract ended 6 months ago - I stopped the debit order and then I got softblocked and that was it.. no communication from Nashua mobile for a reason..
Anyways I took the sim card out and opened up a new contract with cell c only to get a huge R750 debit order from nashua mobile demanding payment for the last 6 months?
I have NOT used the sim card since the contract ended so i phoned them and said why and they said apparently i have to tell them to cancel or it goes onto a month to month auntomatically...
Thing is with this contract i had a top up account of R135 airtime every month so now I have not used that airtime so i said they must take that airtime back and close my contract because i dont want it open!!
They said they cannot do that!!
What company does that?
Take your airtime back because i will NOT pay another cent!!
