For fid contract airtime of R1000.00

I have a contract with Nashua mobile witch they send me r200.00 airtime every month now my contract is ending and i do not want to re-new mu contract i want to cancel the contract however i have a r1000.00 air time on my card and they want me to for fid that money cause i am cancelling my contract a r1000.00 ort of air time witch i paid for and never used yet i must for fid i contacted them they advised i don't have an option i must either use the airtime or loose the airtime
