Nashua Mobile just won't stop billing me

I have 'closed' my account with nashua mobile and every month I get an invoice for R5.7 for itemized billing. Every month I then send an email to Carla in their complaints department who removes it. I can't remove the debit order because it has to come from the Nashua Mobile side and they just won't let me go. I've wasted a lot of time trying to sort this out and the annoyance factor is huge. I have subsequently moved to Cell C who are much better and much cheaper. They have this special where you pay R500 and get unlimited calls to other cell c users and their airtime is a third of the price of Nashua Mobile.

I will recommend Cell C to everybody. NO BS, no hidden fees, if you want to stop using them then just don't buy more airtime next month. I am very impressed with Cell C. It's almost like Nashua Mobile is run by government.
