Took out a new cell phone contract with MTN via Nashua Mobile. Contract stipulated R200 airtime plus 30 minutes free for MTN to MTN calls. All calls made to a MTN number gets taken off the airtime balance. Queried this with MTN and was advised that you need to deplete all your airtime before they can give you the free 30 minutes MTN to MTN. This is nonsensical. I think they are misleading and conning us. I consider this a serious breach of contract.
