End my contract!

I opened a second contract with Nashua after lots of advertising, it took a few days to open the contract and was very easy. i had endless problems with the hsndset which this company refused to sort out properly and now that the contract has ended they refused to cancel it. ive called the callcentre on many occassions asking to cancel or to get fax number to send the cancellation papers through, they put me on hold for over 30 minutes until my airtime runs out, meanwhile they are debiting my account months after the two year term ended. they have no regard for a persons airtime or that at work a person cannot hold for so long. why is opening a contract so easy but ending it so hard? ive even been to various stores and they've failed to help me, its like my request is being totally ignored like you want to bill me forever for a contract i am through with. please sort out this matter before i take it further and dont expect any further business from me
