In February 2013 I inquired about an iPhone 5, when I found out that they didn't have stock I places an order. The phone only arrive in April?! When I went to finalize the contract they said that the system was down and it could not be processes. It took them a week to process the contract and by then they had sold my phone. Chris said that could get my phone by Monday, it was Friday. The new phone only arrive TWO WEEKS later and the contract specials had changed, meaning I would have to pay more?!? I then decided that I would just buy the phone cash and get a sim from cell c. I called Chris TWICE to confirm what I needed to bring. He said that I should just bring the signed contract. When I went to the store today, I was told that I needed my mom to be there since the contract would be in her name. When I asked why he didn't tell me that in the first place he just had a dumbass look on his face?!?! I'VE DECIDED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE BECAUSE OF CELL C PERSONNEL'S INCOMPETENCE?!
