Hi

I have 2 vodacom contracts, my first BBM fell and it didn't want to go on again. This contract only expires in June 2014. As it was due to my negligence I was forced to take out another contract as I cannot be without a phone.

On Saturday 7th September 2013 I went to vodacom in canal walk and took another contract the BBM 9720, the phone was rebooting in the week but went on again and I thought it would be fine. The phone does not want to go on at all anymore it has a JVM error 545. I have called a few vodacom shops and all of them are telling me that I need to wait 7 working days for the phone to be repaired. I think its ridiculous.

I am sitting with two contracts that I am currently paying and a brand new phone that is not working.
I am extremely upset.

Please assist.
