On the 25th of October I phoned afrihost, in order to switch over my current business ISP to them. I held the line for 10 minutes, after giving up hope. I sent an email to Gian (the CEO), informing him of the lack of service/answer. Today is the 30th, and I tried contacting them again. Once again, after 12 minutes without answer, I gave up hope.
To date Gian has not even bothered to reply on my email.
I'm just happy this happened before I signed up with them, and not after I've been locked into a 12 month contract. I hope this serves as a warning to others.
