I get a notification from MDS Collivery that my device would be delivered to me last Thursday. I diligently email them to let them know I wont be there but that I will be there on Monday to accept. Besides getting ignored the driver still pitches up. On Monday I especially stay at the office by 2pm I email them to say that I will need to leave by 3pm. I write a letter asking for when they will deliver to me and to date no one has got back to me. After spending another unproductive day at the office I get proactive and phone and speak to Dianne who promised to get back to me... thankfully I have not held my breath because she hasn't got back to me. I then phone Afrihost need to send an sms because no one answers. 2 hours later someone phones me I explain to them my dilemma she seems to misunderstand and I ask to speak to Gian the CEO. All iron gates come out and after three calls and three messages the elusive GIAN and team are yet to get back to me to explain something simple... when will I get the modem and the data I have started paying for?? One colleague was keen to sign up to but after seeing the type of service I have gotten they have decided to stay clear. I still need help pls
