I cancelled my Afrihost account in August as I was moving flats. I also cancelled my Telkom line, which would only be effected once the Afrihost cancellation was processed and they released my line to Telkom. However, the Afrihost cancellation wasn't processed properly, which meant that my Telkom cancellation didn't go through either resulting in both Afrihost and Telkom charging me for nothing for two months.

Upon notifying Afrihost I received a reply from the CEO, Gian Visser, asking me how much this had set me back. He proceeded to reimburse me not only for the Afrihost charges, but also the Telkom charges over the last two months.

Wish there were more companies like Afrihost!
