I am an Afrihost client for the past few months. I was with them over a year ago as well. Since rejoining I have noticed a steep decline in their service and attitude.
1. The speed of my line is not up to much. (I have a 1 mb line)
2. They do not respond to my emails.
3. If I sms "Help" to their number I might get called back the next day.
4. The older Afrihost was much better
I emailed Gian, the CEO a few times in the past week and never got a response, despite writing in the subject of 1 of the emails: "Please reply"
If this is the attitude of the CEO what more should I say?
I asked if he could match Cybersmart's current special, and never got a reply.
I asked for the procedure to migrate my line to Telkom and never got a reply.
I complained of the line speed, and the sporadic connectivity and didn't get a response!!!
Voicing my concern here is my last resort.
Please assist.
