Passing Buck&Incorrect sim card, No service

Opened Account with Afrihost 04 September 2013

As of the 17th October
- Afrihost has not yet enabled me to access any services
- Sent me a sim card RICAed to someone else (details of this person can be supplied if necessary)
- Failed to register me on the MTN network despite claims that they have
- Offered me free data twice now but without the ability to access it
- Have billed me for September and October (I have received tax certificates)

This is after debacles relating to actually having my sim card delivered and Afrihost blaming first the courier company for delays and then MTN for my not being able to access Internet services. I first informed Afrihost that MTN said that it was something that Afrihost needed to sort out on the 18th Sept.

To date there have been over 30 emails sent between Afrihost and myself, multiple phone calls to Afrihost (they are still getting back to me), smss... etc.

Gian Visser and co have assured me that this is being taken seriously however there is no resolution and no one has contacted me from Afrihost for the past 9 days, despite my contacting them. As of yet, no solutions or timeline to solve this issue has been given to me
