Afrihost manages my ADSL connection totally. I reported a fault more than a month ago and have called numerous times to desperately get answers. Unfortunately all I get is promises and SMS'S wanting service ratings. Despite me giving the worst rating possible, I still get absolutely no response. It appears that Gian and his team are sweet talkers only interested in getting new subscribers on-board but not servicing existing clients.
I was better off when TELKOM serviced my account!!! ( I never thought that was possible) The longest I was without ADSL then was 3 weeks. Afrihost capped that with a HUGE margin!!
Gian, stop sweet talking with your new SMS toy and start giving REAL service!!!
