Mishandling of account

Nashua Mobile has been debiting my account firstly wth wrong amount, secondly they took almost 3 months to cancel samsung contract which I never sign for nor did collect handset, they then billed me for cancellation which totally ridiculous. Now they have debited my account wit two amounts even thoug account has already been paid. This is extremely shocking. Person handling my account is extremely incompetent as this has been an ongoing issue with Nashua Mobile
