Incorrect billing on internet speedstick modem

I have taken out a cellc speedstick on the 15/06/2013, i was told that the package is a 2gb package a month which costs R119 a month, cellc has since been billing me R299 a month, i called the call centre on the 14/08/2013 to log a query, i explained to the agent that i want the extra money that i was billed to be refunded to my bank account, she said its fine and she will log a query for me and will get feedback with the next 48 hours of which did not happen, i then called the call centre again on the 23/08/2013 and spoke to a call centre supervisor by the name of Neville, he assured that he will send a request for the money to be refunded to me and get the billing corrected, he assured me that he will get back to me within 24 hours of which did not happen, on the 27/08/2013 i was again debited for R299 after clearly telling cellc about my situation, i called the call centre once again on the 28/08/2013 and spoke to a call centre agent who told me that my cellc speed stick has been credited with the amount that was supposed to be refunded to me, already fuming i spoke to a call centre manager called Lerato Marite who assured me that the refund will be processed, no response...
