So attempting to upgrade to a package that suits me was a nightmare as Vodacom couldn't offer the package i wanted so I cancelled my contract with them with the last bill coming the end of this month... bearing in mind that because of all the stories I heard with regards to billing etc... the contract I had with them wasn't being used was left in my cupboard and wasn't touched, I just got my bill and on a contract that I pay just over R200 I have been billed R784... apparently data charges... the simple reply was that they are sorry and they will look into it... I am getting married in a month and need all the money I can get. And vodacom has time to ROB me... wrong time... I will be taking it further...
By far the worst service ever... would not recommend the network to anyone!!!
