In December 2012 I requested Vodacom to activate my international roaming due to an accident we had in mosambique. They requested a R5000 deposit to be paid, witch was paid on the 24/12/2012 via direct payment. No roaming was activated and we came back into SA on the 04/01/2013. I started phoning for a deposit refund since the 07/01/2013 and to this day 29/01/2013 I cant even get a clear answer as to when the they are going to refund it. Phoning them everyday, on the line for more than 40 min and still cant get hold of the right dept. nor the right people. Have to say that the customer care does phone you back just to inform you they cant get hold of their back-office because we as client cant speak to them. Would like Vodacom to please let me know what the process is and when I can expect the refund to take place. Really want to turn this complaint into a compliment. Well just have to see...
