I wanted to have my children home schooled and sent completed and signed documents through as well as the calculation of the deposit for the home school books on 5 December 2012. 11 December 2012 i sent amended document with initialled pages as requested. On 27 December 2012 i paid the required deposit R3375.00 and sent confirmation through of payment (e-mailed). Second week of January 2013 i got a call saying i had short paid by R300.00 - this was the increase in books. I paid this on 25 January 2013 and sent proof of payment through (faxed and e-mailed). By the 5 March 2013 my children had still not received their books. The end of the first term is 20 March 2013. On 31 January 2013 my first debit order went off R1, 172.00, and the second debit order went off on 26 February 2013 and then again on 2 March 2013. The last debit order was reversed, but I requested a refund on all my payments and i have been told that i cannot get a refund.. This is ridiculous. I am a single mom trying to educate her children and now i am out of pocket in the amount of R6, 095.00 and have not received the goods i requested. I would like all my money back.
