MTN bad service, lost R150 airtime

MTN has the most incompetent people working for them!!! Irritated!!! Sending me up n down coz they cnt tell me whr my 150 rands airtime went

when i called 808 because im contract... they were sending me to the technical dept coz they could assist and see whr exactly my airtime went, then technical sent me back to the 808 people and they could assist and i just got fed up and left everything... but i really do not like the fact that they cant tell me whats happening to my airtime, they telling me its whatsapp then the technical dept said its not coz whatsapp on thr side only shows that its been deducting money like 5c etc
